Happy customers = high playground attendance = increased revenue and profit

The popularity of indoor children’s playgrounds continues to grow, and today it’s almost expected that every town has at least one play center. While these venues enjoy strong attendance and public interest, there are still many creative ways to attract new visitors, delight existing customers, and boost sales performance.

Promotions and perks that won’t go unnoticed:

  • Family Days – Offer discounted family entry to the playground or café with play area. Examples include: 2 parents + 1 child, 2 parents + 2 children, 1 parent + 2 or 3 children. You can also create family combo menus with drinks and desserts.

  • Birthday Parties – Host children’s birthday celebrations, themed parties, and other social events directly at your playground.

  • 2-for-1 Entry – On selected days or during off-peak hours, offer “happy hour” deals where two children enter for the price of one. Weekday discounts are also a great option.

  • Multi-Entry Passes – Provide 10-, 15-, or 20-entry passes for regular visitors.

  • Group Discounts – Offer special pricing for group visits to the playground.

  • Special Event Days – Organize themed events in your café with playground access, such as:

    • St. Nicholas Day kids’ party

    • International Children’s Day

    • End-of-school-year celebration

    • Start or end of summer holidays

    • Halloween party

    • Christmas gathering

  • Free Tea – Include a complimentary tea or beverage for children, parents, or both with playground entry.

  • Free Dessert – Everyone loves a treat! Offer a dessert or sweet snack included with the playground entry.

  • Face Painting – On selected days, invite children to get their faces painted with their favorite animal, hero, fairy-tale character, or spooky design.

  • Creative Workshops – Encourage kids to express themselves by drawing what they love about your playground. You can also invent other creative activities to make visits more memorable.

  • English Song Days & Babysitting – Host sing-alongs with English songs, beginner English sessions for toddlers, or offer babysitting services provided by qualified staff or assistants.

  • Costume Days & Mascots – Use costumes to create fairy-tale character days or design your own playground mascot.

  • Live Performances – Attract young visitors with clown or magician shows on special days.
