When purchasing inflatable advertising products, selecting the right supplier is a crucial step—ideally a manufacturer who can deliver custom-made solutions tailored to your needs. Buying an inflatable ad is a long-term investment, typically lasting 3 to 8 years. It’s not like placing a magazine ad or renting a billboard for a few weeks.
That’s why it’s important to consider the following criteria when choosing your supplier:
Key Factors to Evaluate:
1. Product Range & Customization
Does the supplier offer multiple sizes, models, and custom designs?
Is the base price inclusive of printing, accessories, and modifications?
2. References & Transparency
Does the supplier have publicly available references on their website or social media?
Can they guarantee delivery times—and do they actually meet them?
What materials do they use, and are they truly suitable for inflatable manufacturing?
3. Custom Adjustments Without Extra Fees
Can the supplier accommodate personalized modifications without increasing the price?
4. After-Sales Support & Accessories
Do they offer repair kits and servicing?
Is the inflatable delivered with essential accessories like a blower, storage/transport bag, and user manual?
What warranty terms do they provide?
Additional Considerations:
Does the supplier have a website that clearly lists prices for standard product versions?
Have they provided a standard price list or an online catalog with pricing?
Are they an experienced company operating professionally—or does their communication feel more like a classified ad?
Our Tip:
If someone still resorts to outdated tactics like badmouthing competitors—saying things like “they import from China or Poland”—but can’t provide a basic price list for their own products, yet claims to offer “top quality on the market,” it’s likely a shady operation.
Such companies often aim to overcharge you for the same—or even inferior—products compared to their competitors. And you may not know what you’re buying, from whom, or what you’ve paid for until the very last moment.
